Saturday night's concert was held in the parlor of Tutty's house adjacent to the pub - a beautiful old-style room that was ideal for the music of Josephine Marsh & Mick Kinsella.

Music under the Mountains

Music Under the Mountains is a festival of traditional music and song of the highest calibre established in 1991 as a showcase for the best in traditional performers in Ireland and abroad. The festival seeks to support The Laura Greaves Music Bursary for Hollywood National School. The Bursary enables children from Hollywood and surrounding areas to receive traditional music tuition. The fund was established in 1996 in memory of Laura, who was a founding member of Music Under the Mountains. To date, in excess of 200 children have been exposed to the joys and the hard work of learning an instrument or delivering a song.
